bajy Terms and Conditions

bajy (hereinafter referred to as "Platform", "we", or "Company") operates an online gaming and betting service for players in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between bajy and the user.

All information provided at the time of registration — name, date of birth, phone number, and email address — must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of deposited funds.

2.4 Account Security

bajy provides services only to those aged 21 and above. The platform is committed to protecting minors from gaming.

3.1 KYC Verification Process

To ensure security, bajy reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. The following documents may be requested during this process:

• A photo of a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving license.
• Proof of current address (utility bill, bank statement).

3.2 Failure to Verify

If the required documents are not submitted within the specified time, withdrawal requests may be put on hold and account activity may be restricted.

To deposit funds into bajy, you must use a valid payment account registered in your own name. Transactions from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Accepted Payment Methods

4.3 Withdrawal Process

When a withdrawal is requested, bajy will verify it and typically process it within 1 hour. However, additional time may be required in the following cases:

• If unusual activity is suspected in the transaction.
• If bonus wagering requirements have not been met.

4.4 Transaction Cancellation

bajy reserves the right to suspend or cancel any suspicious transaction while a request is being processed. If evidence of money laundering or fraud is found, the relevant authorities will be notified.

5.2 Wagering Requirement Details

Before bonus funds become withdrawable, bets totalling 15 times the bonus amount must be placed. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, a total of ৳15,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Using multiple accounts, matched betting with bonus funds, or abusing the bonus system in any other way will result in the cancellation of the relevant bonus and winnings, and may lead to account closure.

5.4 VIP Program

bajy's VIP program has three tiers. Based on regular play, you can advance to the next tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

6.1 General Gaming Rules

All games displayed on the bajy platform are operated by third-party software providers (such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and others). Game outcomes are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, and bajy does not interfere with these outcomes.

6.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting covers cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other international matches), football (FIFA World Cup and others), kabaddi, and many more sports. The markets and odds for each bet are set in accordance with the applicable rules.

6.3 Bet Cancellation

A bet may be cancelled or declared void in the following cases:
